Pumpkin Patch

We had a great time this past weekend. We took advantage of the unseasonably warm weather to take a visit to a couple pumpkin patches. We went to the same farm we went last year...

It's fun to see him grow. I have a feeling this will be a family tradition. One thing we like about this place (other than the good produce) is that is has a small petting zoo. Troy didn't do any petting, but he did like looking at the animals as he made a mad dash around saying "Mo anmals".

They also have a lot of playground equipment. It was great to see him be able to get around every thing a lot easier this year. Addison "played" on the slide (with a little assistance from Grandpa), but mostly she just took in all the sites and enjoyed the nice weather.

(I LOVE that picture!!!)

Troy's favorite part, by far, was actually the large pile of sand. By the time we left he looked like a little farmer that had been in the fields all day.

It was a wonderful day. I still can't believe we've had weather in the upper 70's and low 80's. It's not too often that you can wear shorts in the middle of October. I hope you enjoyed all the pictures as much as we enjoyed the day.
