Troyisms - part 2

Potty training is going well. Troy has gone a week without an accident. He's still in pull-ups at night, but hopefully that will pass soon too. The success in potty training is another example of how our little baby boy has become such a big boy. A while back I did a post on Troyisms. While his favorite foods and activities are still pretty much the same, he seems like a totally different kid from just a few months ago. Every day he comes up with new expressions that catch me off guard and crack me up. Here are a few of his current ones...

* When asked if he's a baby, he says, "No. I'm a good boy!"
* He's obsessed with play-dough and puzzles
* Every night at dinner he has to set the table (we get forks, even if we don't need them) and now clears his plate too
* When Addison cries, he'll say, "Itdabe ok baby girurl"
* If he doesn't want to do some thing, he'll say, "Maybe tomorrow" or "Maybe yater"
* If he hears Addison upstairs, he'll yell "Addison's waking!" and rush off to help get her. This involves rushing upstairs, getting his stool, turning on the lights, and then rushing over to be the first to see her.
* When you ask him if he wants to do some thing, like go to the store, he says, "Oh! Can I??" with extreme enthusiasm
* Any word that starts with a T is "Troy's name"
* He hates socks. Trying to get him to wear them inside is pointless.
* He's quick to point out when some thing (or some one) stinks
* He still gets things like upstairs/downstairs and on/off confused.
* He's now big enough to help out when asked - throwing things away, bringing me some thing, letting Billy in and out, etc. - and loves doing it
* Recently, if he sees me on the phone he yells "I wanna talk" as loud as he can. He doesn't always say some thing when he gets the chance, but he's getting better.
* I towana = I don't want to.
* Sun wake up = day time; Sun go ni-night = night time
* He fills in the blanks of the most commonly read books, including a "hug e you!"
* When he concentrates he sticks his tongue out over his lower lip.

Okay... that's probably enough for now. I just wanted to be sure to put some of these on "paper" before I forget.
