Family and Friends!

It's been a busy couple weeks. Over Labor Day weekend we made trip to see the family and introduce little Miss Addison. It was so great seeing every one. Some how we managed to go the whole weekend without taking hardly any photos. Troy and D.J. really had a blast. Troy loved having some one to follow around and I think D.J. like being the big kid for a change.



Tim took this photo of the kids with G.G. (Great Grandma) and Great-Grandpa. I wish I had taken it with my camera, but it gives the general idea.


Troy really liked feeding the squirrels on the deck. Grandpa gives them cookies right at the door. Of course, the trip was too short. Hopefully we'll get a chance to see every one again soon.

Last weekend was Tim's company retreat to Indianapolis. Troy got to have a sleep over at Grandma and Grandpa's house while Addison made the trip with us. Friday night we had a great dinner at a place near Castleton called Z's Oyster Bar & Steak House. It was fabulous and every one LOVED Addison. Saturday, Addison and I went to go visit my best friend, Kara, while Tim played golf at the Brickyard (yes, there are actually golf holes inside the track!). The visit was FABULOUS! It, too, was way too short, but was fun. Kara has a daughter just 5 days younger than Addison. It was cute to see them together.



Her oldest, Jillian, asked if she could make a copy of Addison to keep at her house. While she's a good baby, I doubt Kara needs to 4 months old. I think Max was outside when we were taking pictures, but I did manage to capture the three girls together.



Probably the biggest thing to report, and the reason most of you would be looking this time of the month, is Addison's monthly update... Here's her picture from her 4 month "birthday"



She had her 4 month check up today. For all of you who think she's a big baby... you're right. She now weighs 15lbs.-5oz (90th percentile) and is 26.2" long (97th percentile). Some people think she looks like Troy. You be the judge...



If you notice the shiny face, it's all the slobber from her recent discovery of 'raspberries'. If you get too close you get a good shower. It's super cute!
